Come join us and our Guest Speakers Georgina Graham: Director for Security & Facilitation at IATA (International Air Transport Association) and Allison Rosenthal: Director of marketing at Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS).

This session's format will be an interview with Georgina and Allison with a Q&A session to follow with our members. We aim to compare and contrast career paths and choices of our guest speakers and gain insight from these women who are accomplished in their respective industries.

All members and non-members are invited so please encourage others to come along! $5 dollar fee for all non-members who would like to attend the event. Members get in free!

Georgina Graham is the Director for Security & Facilitation at IATA (International Air Transport Association), Montreal.  In this post, Georgina is specifically responsible for the day-to-day leadership and implementation of IATA's strategy for these areas. Georgina is also the Program Director for the Simplifying Passenger Travel Interest Group (SPT) a group of over 70 airlines, governments and vendors whose vision is to take the hassle of out airline travel, whilst enhancing security.  Georgina also represents the airline industry with various international government and industry organizations and with national authorities worldwide. Prior to joining IATA, Georgina spent nearly a decade with Virgin Atlantic, working in operational and government affairs/security areas dealing with issues as varied as bilateral air services negotiations and new route development to customer service training.

Allison Rosenthal is the Director of marketing at Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS).  She leads the Orencia brand, a treatment medication for Rheumatoid Arthritis.  Allison oversees two product managers as well as a sales manager and sales team, and is responsible for Orencia's brand performance nationally. With a background in science, Allison worked her way through the ranks at BMS, being involved in the success of many different brands, through many different scientific and marketing functions.  Today she juggles the requirements of her current position with her priorities as an involved mother of two elementary-school aged children.
